In order to operate the analog radio clock, you need a 1.5 V AA battery, which is not included in the scope of delivery of the product. The time is received via DCF-77 time signal and always keeps the time up to date, which means that there is no need to switch from summer to winter time. All you have to do is insert a battery and remove the security pin located on the back of the movement. The clock then sets itself.
