Is your product damaged or defective?

Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that a delivery arrives damaged or that the item is defective. If this is the case, please do not send the product back to us, but contact our customer service. Together we will find a satisfactory solution: exchange, repair, etc. If possible, send our customer service a photo showing the error so that we can better understand the problem.

Do you not like the product or does it not meet your requirements?

The ordered items can be returned within 30 days. All items purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st, 2023. Please let us know which shipping service provider you used to receive your order.
