Shipping

A. Shipping costs and information:
Shipping of the goods is only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DHL, GLS or a forwarding agent. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.

If you would like shipping to another country, please send us an email (info@gibsor.de) before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the relevant zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.

I Shipping within Germany :
We do not charge any shipping costs for shipping within the German mainland and to German islands.

II. Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to the following countries:

The shipping costs to the European Union (EU countries) are a flat rate of 8.5 euros per order.
Shipping costs to Switzerland and Great Britain are a flat rate of 8.5 Euro per order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by banks (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
