RETURNS AND RETURNS
The ordered items can be returned within 30 days. Follow these steps to initiate a return.
Step 1:
Fill out the following return form completely and enclose it with the return.
Step 2:
You can then prepare the package for return shipping. Please return the goods in the undamaged original packaging and in a suitable shipping carton. For deliveries within Germany, you can generate a DHL return slip free of charge if the package is up to 120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm (length x width x height) and up to 31.5 kg is heavy. Everything that exceeds the formats and weights mentioned and is sent with DHL is considered bulky goods and causes a corresponding surcharge of EUR 15, which we unfortunately have to charge you for. In the case of shipments weighing more than 31.5 kg and/or exceeding the maximum lengths, we therefore ask you to contact our customer service so that they can select a suitable shipping service provider.
