Follow the steps below to initiate a return.
Step 1:
Fill out the following return form completely and enclose it with the return.
Step 2:
You can then prepare the package for return shipping. Please return the goods in the undamaged original packaging and in a suitable shipping carton. For deliveries within Germany, you can generate a GLS return slip free of charge.
